Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place an order ?
Just fill in the order form or send an email to admin@hemaccit.co.za with the details of your order with contact details like cell number or landline number and we will reply with a confirmation email that your order was received.
How do I pay for my order ?
Once you placed your order you will need to make an EFT payment into our bank account for the full amount including delivery costs. After that, you will receive a confirmation email that your payment was received.
How will I receive my order ?
Your order will be send to you via post or courier service.
Your order will be send to you via post or courier with a reference number for you to use as a tracking number.
May I return my order if I am not satisfied ?
You certainly may return your order if you are not satisfied and we will refund you. Keep in mind that we will only except returns if it returned within 14 days after the order was placed. You will also have to include the original invoice.
